EUREKA'S SERVICES TO EMPLOYERS
Among our initial services being extended to our client-employers,
or their representatives, free of charge, are:
- Transport services from Manila International Airport upon arrival
and on return to home country.
- Transport services for the entire duration of the interview
and selection of candidates.
- A 40% corporate discount in hotels where Eureka is accredited.
- Transport and escort services for sightseeing or out-of-town
rest and recreation whenever a no-work holiday occurs during the
duration of the recruiting mission, or as may be requested by
the employers.
- Provision of full administrative support, including use of interview
rooms, conference rooms, pagers, cellular phones, computers, electronic
mail addresses, Internet and other office facilities.
- Secretarial and messengerial services to take care of employers'
messages, correspondences, reports, etc.
- Assistance in the employers' application for accreditation
of their companies with the Philippine government agencies concerned.
- Assistance in the employers' transactions with their respective
embassies in Manila.
- Legal assistance when needed.
- Translation and authentication of business documents when required.
- Confirmation, reconfirmation or cancellation of employers'
airline bookings.

EUREKA'S SERVICES TO APPLICANTS
Eureka's follow-up services and administrative support to applicants
include the following:
- Regular advice to candidates regarding completion of their documents,
concerning their status and, if necessary, fetching candidates
from their places of residence when they are already scheduled
for deployment and there is no other way to reach them immediately.
- Conduct of in-house pre-departure orientation seminar complementary
to the seminar being conducted by Philippine Association of Service
Exporters, Incorporated (PASEI) and Overseas Placement Agencies
of the Philippines (OPAP). PASEI and OPAP are the two associations
of overseas manpower supply agencies in the Philippines duly accredited
by Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to conduct
pre-departure orientation seminars for departing Filipino workers.
On top of these regular seminars conducted by OPAP and PASEI,
Eureka conducts its own seminar-orientation of workers.
- Provision of assistance to workers relative to their medical
care (MEDICARE) coverage in the Philippines.
- Provision of direct courier service thru departing worker and
provision of assistance to workers overseas in transmitting parcels/packages
/letters/news to and from their immediate families in the Philippines.
- Provision of assistance to families of the workers who want
to communicate with their kin during emergencies.
- Provision of assistance to families of deceased workers.
- Provision of assistance to vacationers and worker-returnees.
- Provision of assistance to the immediate family of the workers,
who are on family status, in the processing of their documents.
