What are the documents required to hire Filipino workers?
A: The following documents are required from
employers for proper accreditation with the Philippine Overseas
Employment Administration (POEA) under the Department of Labor and
Employment so that they can be allowed to legally recruit and hire
Filipino Workers (for sample documents, visit our POEA Required Documents page):
- Special Power of Attorney (SPA) in favor of
EUREKA
- Manpower Request Letter or Demand Letter
Addressed to EUREKA
- Photocopy of Employer’s valid
Business or Commercial Registration, with English translation
- Original Authority to Collect or Withdraw Visa
from the embassy in favor of EUREKA
- Photocopy of passport of Company Representative
signing the SPA and/or Demand Letter
- Original visa payment slip (for Saudi Arabian
companies only)
- Other documents that may be required by
Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)
