Documents Required from Applicants

Applicants must submit, together with their Curriculum Vitae, two (2) sets of the following:

1. Duly accomplished Application Form (available at Eureka Offices, free of charge).
2. Photocopy of Educational certificates (As may be applicable: College diploma, training or vocational certificate, etc.)
3. Photocopy of Employment certificates
4. Original NBI clearance, if already available.
5. Original Passport (must be valid for at least 3 years).
6. Color photos, 2" x 2".
7. Other documents and/or requirements that Eureka or Employers may prescribe.
8. (Applicants for Saudi Arabia with previous experience in that country within one year of their application must submit a "No Objection Certificate" from their former employers. Otherwise, they have to secure new or replacement of their old passports from the DFA Regional Office where their home province belongs.
