SENIOR ARCHITECTS – JAL/E01/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Architecture or any similar course with minimum 20 years experience, 10 years of which as Lead Architect. Must be conversant in Microstation, building codes, A/E design proess and specifications with ability to handle multiple projects.

ARCHITECTS – JAL/E02/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Architecture or any similar course with minimum 10 years experience in preparing designs, working drawings and specifications, etc.

FIRE DET. & ALARM DESIGN ENGINEERS – JAL/E03/12-05 – Bachelor of Science degree holder with minimum of 10 years experience in designs and load analysis for residentia l /commercial structures, electric / fire codes, etc.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEERS – JAL/E04/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Civil / Structural Engineering or any similar course with minimum of 10 years experience in STAAD-III and other structural software, building codes, A/E design process and specifications.

CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEERS – JAL/E05/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience in civil design, including site development, roads, parking, water run-off, etc. Experience in surveying is a must. Well-versed in codes and A/E designs processs and specifications.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS – JAL/E06/12-05 –Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience in an engineering design office in electrical systems and all building-related works, plan projects, technical reports, etc.

MECHANICAL/HVAC DESIGN ENGINEERS – JAL/E07/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in an engineering design office in HVAC systems and all building-related works, plan projects, technical reports, etc.

MECHANICAL UTILITY ENGINEERS – JAL/E08/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 7 years experience in designing of plumbing, pumps and general fire protection.

CADD SPECIALISTS – JAL/E09/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Civil / Architecture / Electrical / Mechanical with a minimum 10 years experience in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design. Must have hands-on experience in design and detailing, 3D CAD modeling and developing perspectives for project proposals, etc. Must be well-conversant with Microstation-3D.

DESIGN DRAFTSMEN – JAL/E10/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Architecture with minimum 8 years experience in preparing construction / remodeling details, sketches and presentation drawings, etc.

CAD DRAFTSMEN – JAL/E11/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Civil / Architecture / Electrical / Mechanical with minimum 8 years experience in design. Must possess advanced Microstation skills.

MANUAL DRAFTSMEN – JAL/E12/12-05 – Bachelor of Science degree with 8 years experience in standard building trade, civil / architectural / structural / electrical / mechanical terms and symbols.

SENIOR SITE ENGINEERS (CIVIL) – JAL/E13/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in building construction and maintenance, out of which 10 years as Lead Project / Site Engineer and Team Leader responsible for project construction. Must be knowledgeable in Project Management Software such as MS Project and Primavera Project Planning software with ability to handle multiple projects.

SITE ENGINEERS (CIVIL/ELECTRICAL) – JAL/E14/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Civil / Electrical with minimum 7 years experience out of which 3 years site engineering experience. Good knowledge of building codes and standards, surveying and site sitting out. Good background of construction / maintenance projects.

COST ENGINEERS (CIVIL) – JAL/E15/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), preliminary cost and detailed cost analysis, etc. Responsible for maintaining labor and equipment rate and current material and historical data. Must be well experienced in costing related to work environment.

SAFETY ENGINEERS – JAL/E16/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years experience with 4 years supervisory experience related to safety in building construction. Must also possess a working knowledge of Safety Standards / Specifications related to Construction Projects.

INSPECTORS - CONSTRUCTION – JAL/E17/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in inspection, planning and scheduling construction activities, estimating and related eperience in building construction and maintenance.

COST ANALYSTS – JAL/E18/12-05 – Bachelor's Degree in Cost Accounting with minimum of 10 years experience in cost analysis, review, final budget, project / contract costs, annual budget and forecast, etc.

SPECIFICATION WRITERS – JAL/E19/12-05 – Bachelor of Science in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical with minimum 8 years experience in preparation of scope of work specifications for the respective systems. Will be responsible for vendor recommendation, manufacturer, materials for corresponding projects, etc. Typing speed 80 WPM.

PLANNERS/SCHEDULERS (SECRETARY) – JAL/E20/12-05 – Diploma with minimum 5 years experience in standard scheduling principles and practices including resource loading, schedule analysis and experience in MS Access and Excel.

NOTE: Positions with serial #JAL/E01/12-05 to JAL/E17/12-05 require candidates coming from engineering office / consultancy with experience in Uniform Building Codes.

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIANS – JAL/E21/12-05 – Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation with minimum 6-8 years maintenance and troubleshooting experience in a Refinery, Petrochemical/ Fertilizer or Power Plants. Candidates with previous experience in PETROKEMYA, SADAF is preferred.

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS – JAL/E22/12-05 – Diploma in Electrical with minimum 5-10 years maintenance and troubleshooting experience in a Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, or Power Plants. Candidates previously worked in PETROKEMYA, SADAF is preferred.

ANALYZER TECHNICIANS – JAL/E23/12-05 – Diploma in Analyzer / Electronics / Instrumentation with minimum 8 years out of which 5 years in analyzers and 3 years on instrumentation hands-on experience in maintenanance and troubleshooting of all types of analyzers. Candidates previously worked in PETROKEMYA, SADAF is preferred.
