CRAFTSMEN CARPENTERS – High School graduate with trade test certificate (B+). Minimum 4 years experience as a carpenter. Performs carpentry work to accepted codes, practices and design specifications including maintenance repairs to woodworks, countertops andrelated projects requiring carpentry skills. Ex-Gulf experience is a must.

CRAFTSMEN GENERAL – High school graduate with minimum B+ trade test certificate. Minimum of 2 years experience. Can work in some of the trades related to renovation and repair service such as joinery works, painting works, masonry works, metal works, etc. Knows all materials related to renovation and repair works and can use power tools and equipments relatedto his trade. Can take measurements and draw basic sketch. Ex-Gulf is a must.

CRAFTSMEN MASONS – Basic understanding of English language (read, write and speak) + trade test (B+ minimum). Minimum of 4 years experience using block, bricks and concrete to construct walls, pillars, basic foundations, floor slabs, lintols and beams. Plastering to walls, ceilings, beams and columsn. Tiling to walls and floors including paving and kerbs to external areas. Experience of basic steel reinforcement fixing using rebar or mesh. Use of power tools for drilling, cutting and breaking blockwork, brickwork or concrete together with masonry, fixing such as anchor bolts, studs resin anchors, etc. Laying and fixing marble to horizontal and vertical surfaces. Ex-Gulf experience is a must.

CRAFTSMEN METAL WORKS – High school graduate with trade test certificate. Minimum of 4 years experience in the use of power tools, equipment and materials related to the trade. carry out major works to metal fabrications. Take measurement and draw basic sketch. Knowledge and experience in aluminum works, steel works (fabrication and welding). Ex-Gulf experience is a must.

CRAFTSMEN PAINTERS – High school graduate with trade test certificate (minimum B+). Must have 2 years experience as a painter of commercial or public facilities. Able to perform all painting on-site or in-shop on any metal or non-metal surface to restore to acceptable surface condition. Ex-Gulf experience is a must.

CRAFTSMEN SOFT FABRIC – High school graduate with minimum B+ trade test certificate. Minimum 4 years experience in the repair and installation of wall fabric and wall paper. Knowledge of all materials, tools and equipment related to his trade. Can take measurements and draw basic sketches and able to interpret plans based on architects' drawings. Ex-Gulf experience is a must.

CRAFTSMEN WATER PROOFING – High school graduate with minimum B+ trade test certificate. Minimum 4 years experience in waterproofing to roofs with additional experience of waterproofing (tanking) to basements and swimming pools. Must be familiar with the construction and application of materials to built-up roofing systems to flat and slopingdecks including flashings to parapets, columns, beams and gutters. Must also be familiar with the application of liquid/asphalt membranes to new works and repairs. Ex-Gulf experience is a must.

RENOVATION & REPAIR FOREMEN – Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Able to direct all maintenance and construction works related to finishing works such as tile setting, marble setting, carpentry works, painting works, metal works, etc. Ex-Gulf experience is a must. Should possess light vehicle driving license.

HK & SC FOREMEN – Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all housekeeping cleaning Equipment, Schedules necessary Maintenance and repair works. Controls consumption of cleaning materials and sees to it adequate stocking. Attends the complaints regarding housekeeping services and takes corrective action. Follow prescribed safety procedures. Performs other related Duties as assigned. Ex-Gulf Experienced is a must or experienced in 5 Stars Hotel Industry.

CLEANING EQUIPMENT OPERATORS – Highschool Graduate or Vocational Training Graduate. Minimum of 4 years relevant experienced. Should be able to supervise and lead a group of at least 10 Subordinates, Coordinate Activity of his Subordinates and ensure Quality of job performed. Use all housekeeping tools and equipments. Safely use housekeeping materials and chemical products, Report Absenteeism, Decipinary Problems, Performance and Daily and perforn on the the job Training for his Subordinates. Ex-Gulf Experienced is a must.

LANDSCAPING FOREMEN – Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture with minimum 10 years experience supervising other foremen. Experience in landscaping projects in desert environment. Experience in landscaping, pest control and irrigation aspects of landscaping maintenance. Knowledge about annual flowering plants an asset. Able to understand landscaping drawings and symbols. Able to identify trees, shrubs, ground covers, flowering plants and to implement maintenance programs for such plants. Able to identify major pests and diseases occuring in Saudi Arabie and to know major control measures for such pests. Able to identify problems in irrigation systems and to solve such problems with his team. Knows how to properly fertilize and amend soil for healthy plant growth. Ex-Gulf experience is a must. Fluent in English (speak, read and write). Should possess light vehicle driving license.

IRRIGATION GROUP LEADERS – BS Commerce + vocational course in irrigation systems. 4 years of work experience as irrigation leader. Ability to install and maintain irrigation systems. Knowledge of PVC and polyethylene pipe and fittings, programming, maintaining irrigation controllers, maintaining solenoid valves, Y-strainers, pressure regulators, using multimeter to test electrical circits. Capable to supervise 2 or more man crews. Able to schedule irrigation for large-scale projects involving many controllers. Ex-Gulf experience is a must.

PEST CONTROL APPLICATORS – HS Commerce + trade test certificate with 3 years experience in chemical pest control field. familiar with pests and diseases and application of chemicals to control them with an awareness of personal safety and dangers to the environment. Ability to follow pest control and spraying schedules using chemical traps and pesticides/chemical control and kill insects, rodents, mosquitoes. Ex-Gulf experience is a must.

NURSERY SUPERVISORS – Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture with supervisory experience in landscaping projects in desert environments, landscaping, pest control and irrigation aspects of landscape maintenance. Ability to understand landscaping and irrigation drawings and symbols, identify trees, shrubs, ground covers, flowering plants and to implement maintenance programs for such plants. Able to identify major pests and plant diseases occuring in the Gulf region and to know proper control measures for such pests. Identify problems on irrigation systems. Fertilize and amend soil for healthy plant growth. Ex-Gulf is a must. Should possess light vehicle driving license.

FLORISTS – HS certificate, minimum of 10 years relevant experience as a florist. Ability to design, cutting flowers to required height and flower arrangement. Knowledge of patterns for floral arrangement as required. Identification of florist tools: florist shears, pruning shears. Use of florist materials, florist wire, floral tape and water-holding foam. Ability to identify common type of containers for floral arrangements: vases, pedestals, bowls and baskets. care of cut flowers; unpacking cutting of stems bars immersion in water, preservative and cold storage.

HVAC FOREMEN – Bachelor of Science degree or technical certificate in electrical, mechanical or A/C refrigeration. Experience in A/C refrigeration or maintenance. Able to perform troubleshooting and repair of air handling units, rooftop packages, DX and chiller systems. Able to read and diagnose control circuit diagrams for the above equipment. Familiar with copper brazing.

HVAC/REGULATION & CONTROL TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree or technical diploma (2-3 years) holder of electronics industrial certificate. His duty is to deal with electronic circuits/regulation modules interfering on heating/cooling demands, follow and analyze signal activating and modulating servo motor for electro-hydraulic valve (hot water, chilled water). Good understanding of HVAC rules.

HVAC TECHNICIANS – Technical certificate in electrical, mechanical or A/C refrigeration. Experience in A/C refrigeration and/or maintenance companies. Perform troubleshooting and repair of air handling units, roof top packages, DX and chiller systems. Able to read and diagnose control circuit diagrams for the above equipment. Familiar with copper brazing.

K.L.E. FOREMEN – Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or 2-3 years technical diploma in industrial electricity or electronics. Experience in kitchen and laundry industries. Good understanding and interpreting of electrical circuit (installation or maintenance). Able to perform troubleshooting and repair of range cookers, steam cookers, oven, etc., refrigerators, laundry equipment, washing machines, bed sheet folders, pressing machines, dryers, etc., steam systems and air systems.

PLUMBING & PUMPS (ELECTROMECHANICAL) TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or technical certificate/diploma in electrical or industrial electricity (not building electrician). At least 2 years (preferably 3 years) experience in installation / repairs of typical plumbing and control panel boards. Able to read, diagnose and troubleshoot electrical failures inside panel board controlling the operation of cold and hot water systems (hot water boilers and recirculating pumps), follow-up and ensure automatic operation of domestic, fire and irrigation water pumps, lifting stations. Replace defective electrical component inside control panel.

WATER TREATMENT (ELECTROMECHANICAL) TECHNICIANS – bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or technical certificate/diploma in Industrial Electricity. At least 2 years (preferably 3 years) experience in advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical problems in water sewage treatment, swimming pools and founts and its auxilliary equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot all electromechanical failuresat the panel board level, controlling the operation of water and sewage treatment plants, swimming pools, fountains and its auxilliary. Read and repair electrical control circuits for water treatment plants.

ELECTRONICS TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or 3 years diploma/technical certificate in a related field. Should have experience in chip-level design and repair of electronic circuits, fire detection, break glass systems, tv distributin, centralized sound systems, conference systems, time distribution, CCTV, call service. Relevant experience in building control systems, CCTV CATV satellite reception in headend, video equipment and PA systems.

ELECTRONICS/FIRE ALARM SYSTEM TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or 3 years diploma/technical certificate in a related field. Relevant experience in fire detection/alarm control systems. Computer and networking knowledge, fire detection, break detection, break glass systems, alarm control, computer systems and interfaces.

ELECTRONICS/AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or 3 years diploma/technical certificate in a related field. Experience in audio/video broadcast equipment, audio-video broadcast, video studios, video editing equipment, professional cameras, audio-video conference systems.

ELECTRONICS/TV SYSTEM TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or 3 years diploma/technical certificate in a related field. Experience in TV distribution networks, satellite reception headend. Relevant experience in setup of satellite headend and TV network.

CINEMA TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or 3 years diploma/technical certificate in a related field plus training in cinema. Able to operate and maintain cinema projector (35mm). Able to install and splice movie films (35mm).

TELECOM/E.S.S. TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or 3 years diploma in Electronics. Preferably has experience in satellite earth station and equipment, multiplexer, down and up converter, modem, LNB, mobile, transportation station and power supply.

TELECOM/O.M.C.A. TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or 3 years diploma in Electronics. Preferably has experience in O&M center, administration high level of Unix is a must. Degree in Computer Science an advantage.

TELECOM/O.M.C.O. TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or 3 years diploma in Electronics. Experience in O&M centre for GSM network and its accessories.

TELECOM/P.A.B.X. TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or 3 years diploma in Electronics. Preferably has experience in PABX systems and MDF, specialized equpments. Call Number Identification (CNI), Call Detail Recording (CDR) Auto Attendant and Voice Mail systems.

TELECOM/R.S.S. TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or 3 years diploma in Electronics. Experience in O&M Base Station systems / control / transceiver / transcoder, antenna systems and power supply experience in Motorola is preferred.

TELECOM/S.S.S. TECHNICIANS – Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or 3 years diploma in Electronics. Experience in Siemens D-900 Switching system power supply and inventories, OMC equipment, PCM links with PTT Gateway and Digital Distribution Frame.

PABX SPECIALISTS/ENGINEERS – Meridian 1, degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or related field. at least 6 years recent experience on Ericsson Digital PABX MDII0 or Nortel Digital PABX Meridian or any PABS's billing system, Caller ID and Voicemail systems. Knowledge of digital networking, hands on experience of call centres. Good knowledge of personal computing, Windows Operating System, Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must.
